They most certainly still look good, and the aircraft's naturally elegant proportions and line give it a tremendous advantage in displays. John Redding used to show it off quite magnificently back in the 70s, and I'm sure that 101 has someone doing equally well today.

Lovely photos, thanks Steve! You must have been stood near to me (near the static helicopters), as that looks like the same view I got, although I suppose it is bound to look like the same view from anywhere on the airfield!

I bet it set off all the car alarms!!! I remember Concorde would do a pass down the runway before landing at Heathrow and the noise from the parked cars was deafening!!
