Re: Open day
Hi Export10
Sorry no one has replied to you yet.
I was talking to a member of 241's groundcrew last week and they intend on opening up the aircraft for people to look round and hopefully they are hoping to open up Engine doors and other various panels for people to get a closer look. It was open on the last open day and there were queues to look around inside so best get there early!
Hopefully someone in the know will 100% confirm?!

And I'm not sure about the Tristar, however given there current unknown status, I would say that I doubt one will be open to the public

Yes, I think they now owned by a US Leasing company, or at least in the process of being transferred, so unlikely GJD would open a one up I would have thought.ZD241 wrote:And I'm not sure about the Tristar, however given there current unknown status, I would say that I doubt one will be open to the public
