150's Engines Run Today

Post by 1103 »

Today we after changing the oil in 150's APU, we managed to get it to run long enough to start two engines. We then cross-bled to start the remaining two.

So Brooklands takes back the mantle of being the group that carried out the last VC10 engine run :D

Trundle fest comes before Dunsfold Wings n Wheels so I think '241 will taxi first but then Brunty have their second open day on the same day as Wings n Wheels so you could have 2 10's taxiing on the same day. There's only one way to settle this, both 'groups' need to buy a sound meter and see which '10 is the loudest :-)////)
