RAF VC-10 Flight Plans?

Hi,
This is my first real VC-10 related post!
I live in Worcester, Midlands and the area in the north of the city in whcih we lives is an RAF low flying area, meaning that we get many Tornados and Harriers flying at low altitudes frequently.
Also we have VC-10's and Tristars flying over alot! The VC-10 is the one that you can hear as it shakes the house abit
I was wondering of any of you knew if Worcester was on a regular flight plan (if this is not classified?). The reason that I ask is that I would be interseted in some of the locations that these aircraft fly to.
Any info appreciated!
