Can anyone recall what the ballpark values of KW and kvar are? I can only find acceptable differences in the manual. I believe there is a formula that can calculate the values.

You’ll need Paul for this one I’m afraid. I’m sure he’ll be along soon.

The only info I have from A4O-AB's Flight Manual is max permissible continuous load on each Generator is 36 kW, but overloads not exceeding 48kW are permissible for periods not exceeding 5 mins.

Many thanks for that. I can now programme that into my sim model.

In normal ops the load sharing should remain within 2 kW/4 kVAR.

AC sys V & Freq should remain within 400 +- 10 Hz & 115 +- 6 Volts.

DC sys voltages should remain between 25 & 28 Volts.

Batt ammeter readings remain zero (normal ops)

TRU ammeter readings do not exceed 150 amps.

When starting the APU with the AC buses powered the #1 Batt must be selected to BATT ISOL prior to APU starting due to the starter motor current draw being greater than the #1 TRU fuse rating. One the starter motor cycle is complete the batt sw must be set to power on to maintain power to the APU fire protection circuit.

Many thanks for that. I'll post a "work in progress" video in the the next few days hopefully.
