Can you be a bit more specific about what info you are after re airworthiness, though I think it may be hard to get.

ADs are issued by the governing authority and distributed to the operators of an aircraft type. The company that built the aircraft usually is involved with writing the AD and may have a hand in distributing the paperwork. Right, that's the background.

As for the VC10, any ADs during its civil days will have been issued by the CAA, together with the authorities of other countries where VC10s were registered. As the VC10 left civil service before the Internet emerged I doubt that you will find any of them on the net. These days the only operator is the RAF, so any AD issues are strictly between them and the CAA, with BAe as the third party. You could try a search through the CAA's website (I haven't tried this yet) but I don't think you'll find much. You could of course get in touch with either the CAA or the RAF but you'll need a pretty good reason to get hold of the ADs!

Soooo.... could you perhaps be a bit more specific in your question?
