Pigs can't fly but bears can!!!!!

Normally, when one of our aircraft go up on its flight test the extra bodies on board are limited to those that are needed to carry out checks whilst airborne, plus another if authed.

We flew 107 on its check the other day and managed to cram in another 300 odd! (No, they were not the extra regiments I told you about in my last post),they were bags full of teddy bears 101/STANEVAL had agreed to take up these fluffy passengers to help raise money for a welsh charity.

The kids from the local schools had all paid £1 to have their favourite bear/giraffe/cat/dog/elephant/bug and other beasts flown around South Wales etc.

I am told that the pax behaved themselves and there were not grey bags used! The aircraft returned to St. Athan to have them offloaded at the end of the runway before leaving for BZN.

Thanks to all the crew, and the Sqn, for taking part in this. I know that there were a few kids with their parents watching the aircraft return and unload. I am sure it made their day.

I know we had a really good laugh during the move.
