Possible Filming

It has come to my notice that Justplanes.com http://www.justplanes.com/ approached the Media & Communications Office at Brize Norton with regard to making a full length film
(at least 180mins) about the VC10. This would be in the cockpit stuff etc etc., They were fobbed off with
I am sorry to say that we are no longer able to fly passengers on VC10 unless it is for operational reasons.
Surely this would have been a fantastic opportunity to make a fitting tribute to such a great aeroplane. Surely something can be done? I hope so. These people have produced fantastic in depth and informative films and would in my opinion do the same for the VC10. In no time at all it will become a distant hazy memory just like Concorde. --+0+--

It would have been an excellent opportunity to record the jet for the last time. Sadly we're now so tightly constrained into who we can fly and when we can fly them, I can't see it happening.
