I am trying to obtain the VC10 aircraft which did Dar-es-Salaam/Nairobi/Athens in August to October 1968.
I will naturally appreciate all the help I can on this research.

At that point EAA only had three VC10s, so it will have been a mix of the first three airframes in their fleet. As for finding out which one flew on which day… you most likely will not be able to find that information. For that you would, ideally, need an airfield log, but those are not archived AFAIK.
