Yes, it would be a funny name for a girl, but it's a perfectly normal name for a strapping young lad like Bob, eh Bob?

I wonder who has G80AC, I would guess a Concorde captain. But I have noticed a number of VC10 tinplate and die cast toys carry G-BOAC as their registration was this just artistic licence or was this a last minute change?
