A few photos of the item in question. For more information on this bit of equipment, I wrote something about it on this page. We are talking about a Smiths Periscope, about 3 feet and a bit long, weighing in at approximately 4 kgs.

For anyone not knowing were it fits or what its for Jelle has a good article on it.
