i noticed a lot on ebay turned up that included the origional proposed double decker vc10 [in later BOAC colours] and the proposed vc11 in Trans Canada airlines colours,i think they are the origional weybridge models that can be seen in a couple of books on the vc10 in black and white ,pictures that where taken of the design studio at the time. also a large pic of the prototype with the autographs of the main players of the design team was up for auction in the lot.i emailed the seller and he informed me his dad worked in the vc10 design studio..it would be good to show the pics on this site with a pic of them from the book in the studio if thats possible?..i was going to bid but ive recently got the origional british united airways airline office model 26 inch,s long..here,s the link

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I regularly browse through the Ebay listings but I had not noticed that the lot included more than just the first print. Anyway, I wouldn't have been able to collect the stuff (not to mention the fact that my better half would not have approved of me buying large prints and models  ). Here's hoping that it went to a serious collector, some of that stuff would have been great for the Brooklands Museum.

I e-mailed the seller as well, if he says yes then I'll do my best to include some photos on the site.
